Suivi de l'exécution et évaluation des résultats
- A forms questionnaire will be sent out around 10 days before the training session to identify participants' needs and expectations.
- A round-table discussion on what was learned during the session will enable us to assess whether the pedagogical objectives were achieved, and how trainees' skills have evolved.

- Case studies based on participants' own situations
- Theoretical, practical and methodological input
Qualité et satisfaction
A satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by participants at the end of the training session; responses will be compiled to measure learner's satisfaction.
